There are three things that you can count on with autumn’s return each year: cooler weather, leaves turning colors and restaurants refreshing their menus. And Supper is no exception to those certainties. Today chef-owner Mitch Prensky rolled out his new fall menu, and with it is the return of perennial favorites like duck and waffles, and the “Harvest Menu,” the daily changing selection of veggie options reaped from Prensky’s Blue Elephant Farm in Newtown Square. Dinner menu highlights include carrot and orange soup with cardamom marshmallow, candied ginger and mint; Country Time Farm pork shoulder confit with braised escarole, boiled cider and spiced yam puree; and (you may want to sit down for this) bone marrow bread pudding!
