Hot on the heels of Stephanie Izard’s book launch party (of which more shortly), Loop office workers will have their chance to enjoy the book and the nosh today when Izard will be operating the city’s first combination food truck-bookmobile. Okay, actually it’s the Lillie’s Q truck, but Izard will be on board serving a free lunch with the purchase of her book. Follow @stephandthegoat for precise coordinates. Tomorrow night she’ll be on the Flirty Girl Cupcakes and Gaztro-Wagon trucks (presumably at different times), and doing a signing at the Williams-Sonoma on Michigan Avenue; then she’ll be around the country promoting the book until she returns to Chicago in November for more events, as you can see at The Goat Tour website.
