South Philadelphia Tap Room chef Scott Schroeder tweeted this morning, “we are legalized,” signaling that his forever-in-the-works hot dog cart, Scott Dogs, was finally ready to start rolling. He just tweeted a follow up, stating that he and his newly street legal dog cart will be on hand at the Headhouse Square farmers market Sunday, slinging his handmade wieners. Schroeder will start serving his Detroit-style Coney Island dogs beginning at 10 a.m.
