Pub & Kitchen’s Dan Clark, Ed Hackett and Jonathan Adams (who just launched his own coffee roasting operation, complete with a coffee-dispensing truck) are leveraging their burger prowess for a new spot on Rowan University’s campus. And it will likely be open by the end of the fall semester there. Meal Ticket reports that the new venture, which they’re calling Prime, will serve LaFrieda burgers, hand-cut fries, and milkshakes and fountain sodas. No doubt this all comes as pretty sweet news for those matriculating at Rowan, but we wonder if all the joys of Adams’ LaFrieda treatments will be lost on these know-nothing college kids?
