Stock up this Sunday at the latest Dose Market, where sweet treats will include artisanal marshmallows, S’mores (yes, we really did just say artisanal S’mores, we’re going to Hell, we know it) and hot chocolate from Indiana’s 240sweet. Which, this being October and Indiana, also means… you guessed it… paw paw is the artisanal marshmallow flavor of the month. Also there will be Salted Caramel with its pretzel-graham toffee, cocoa mix and salted bourbon caramel sauce. For non-sweets, or just really really unusual Halloween treats, Chicago-based Spices of Lezzet will have imported spices from Turkey and the middle east, while Panozzo’s will be pulling mozzarella on site.
