With Snow in the Forecast, MidAtlantic Drops a Fall Menu

Though there’s the possibility that we may see some snow in coming days, Daniel Stern is keeping things in autumnal mode with the new menu he’s rolling out at his University City tap room, MidAtlantic. While additions like a smoked tomato fondue and a rotisserie chicken served with a mushroom and chestnut strudel and chicken sausage gravy, sound like dishes perfect for shaking those frigid, frost-on-the-pumpkin chills that are on our horizon, the dishes are firmly rooted in the harvest season.
