Matyson Settles Into an Autumnal Mood

Matyson, which we reported last month was dabbling in fall flavors with a menu refresh, has taken another crack at its bill of fare, digging even deeper into what the season has in store. With the latest menu roll out, chef Ben Puchowitz offers a veritable who’s who of in-season ingredients. Fall veggies celeriac, sweet potatoes and brusells sprouts make appearances alongside heartier dishes like pastrami-spiced duck breast, grilled pork chops and North Atlantic swordfish. In addition to the new fall menu, Matyson is also serving a “A Tour of Italy” tasting menu. Keep reading to see both menus in their entirety.
