It’s a skill many of you showmen (and showgals) would probably like to master for your next wedding-MC gig, and this week Leslie Sbrocco uses her Wine Tips segment on Check, Please! to teach us how to properly saber a bottle of bubbles — which you can also do, sans saber, with the blunt edge of a kitchen knife. She makes it look damn easy! And she can make a cork-pop sound with her mouth!

As for the restaurants our cheerful citizen review team hits up during tonight’s episode, it’s a trio of offbeat S.F. choices: Izzy’s Steaks and Chops, El Huarache Loco, and Helmand Palace. Watch both the saber segment and the full episode below.
