Salades de Provence
Hmmm…interesting. An Alcoholic Beverage Control license for beer and wine appears to have been transferred from the owners of Salades de Provence to a business named WeHo Bistro yesterday, leading us to wonder whether Salades might soon be wilting, so that a new eatery can sprout. A call to the restaurant to ask if the business was indeed shuttering or changing names was answered with a somewhat flustered “we don’t know yet,” turning the head-scratching up a few notches.
