Ed Battaglia, the local chef who suffered the wrath of Gordon Ramsay as a contestant on Hell’s Kitchen prior to signing on to open Ralic’s Steakhouse, has exited the Haddonfield restaurant, according to a prepared statement. Taking his place as the top toque is Ralic’s sous chef Keith Laskowski. The chef is a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College and has held down kitchens at Egg Harbor City’s Renault Winery and Cork in Westmont, N.J.. In the weeks to come Laskowski will roll out a new menu with an expanded selection of seafood dishes.
