Park Slope: Bark Hot Dogs, along with Gasland and United for Action, will be hosting a special dinner and film screening on Wednesday, November 9. For $30 per person, guests will watch a screening of the film, which focuses on the dangers of “fracking” or hydraulic fracturing within the gas industry, and be treated to a menu that includes crispy red kuri squash; choucroute garni with Hawthorne Valley sauerkraut; bratwurst; young potatoes and grainy mustard; and a “million dollar cake” made with vanilla custard, bananas, whipped cream, and a pecan shortbread crust.
