Tomorrow marks the day that Stephen Hanson’s new 200-seat Kibo Grill officially opens in the former Japonais space (the restaurant ran some friends and family nights over the weekend). As you may have heard, Joël Robuchon is also consulting on the menu, which is divided into several sections: robata and kushiage, appetizers, main plates, noodles and ramen, and rice. Expect pan-Asian staples like chicken fried rice, miso cod, and California rolls, as well as Korean bibimbap and dumplings. Check out the full menu, and get a look at the space and food straight ahead.
