That’s the rumor! Grub Street hears through various neighborhood sources that Cambridge’s iconic, gloriously seedy lounge is poised for destruction today, before the rain begins. Tipsters say that a food truck is parked in front of the building and appears “open for business,” perhaps to feed curious onlookers. Heavy demolition equipment is also on the scene.
