Ocho Mexican Grill is full of ambition, as Brigham Yen reports on the expansion of this Downtown restaurant to the former Bunker Hill location of Koo Koo Roo. The new Ocho will take advantage of patio space and owner Chris Zuber is applying for a beer and wine license as well, for a bigger space of communal redwood tables with an expanded selection of eats and house-made aguas frescas.
