Here’s some rather fowl news, still new-ish all-organic, all-glatt kosher Chicken.Org, which just opened on Fourth Street near South back in late August, is already closed. Meal Ticket reports that the closing is temporary, but adds that owners Eyal Aranya and Yoni Nadav have taken the operation’s clucking and plucking around the corner to their like-minded burger joint, Burger.Org. Just how long it will be closed remains a mystery. But between this and the ongoing scarcity and elusiveness of Federal Donuts’ now cult-like fried chicken, our feathers are beginning to get a little ruffles. [Meal Ticket]
