It’s crazy exciting, and it’s true. Next Thursday at Boston University, a slew of our favorite chefs will converge to prepare recipes from Essential Pépin—for you to taste. The chefs better be in top form, of course, because the honorary degree recipient himself will be on hand to indulge (and to sign copies of the cookbook).
