Coming to the tiny space formerly known as Bar Crudo and Swell (603 Bush Street, at Stockton) is a little California-French joint that will be called Bouche. The owner is Guillaume Issaverdens, a Provence native, and he’s yet to hire a chef. The best news: He’s looking to stay open late, serving until 1 a.m. The opening date is TBA. [Scoop]
