
Pastry chef Belinda Leong, who’s been selling pastry under the auspices of her company b.patisserie to places like Four Barrel and farm:table for the last several months, has officially left her post as executive pastry chef at Manresa — there’s no word yet on her replacement there. Leong tells us that she’ll soon be doing daily deliveries to both of the above locations, five days a week starting in November. She also says she’s looking for a permanent spot for b.patisserie, as well. “I am currently looking for a location in S.F.,” she says. “Just a small location.” We will keep you posted as we learn more, but in the meantime you can also look forward to trying Leong’s delicious kouign amanns and kugelophs at a pastry pop-up at Flour + Water on Sunday, December 11.
