To tide you through the long winter months before next spring’s actual Baconfest, Baconfest Chicago has announced a series of bacon dinners at local restaurants through January. Besides notable chefs, most dinners will have a prominent mixologist such as Adam Seger involved. Past events have sold out quickly— hell, everything Baconfest sells out quickly— so if you like the look of these, beginning November 8 at Chalkboard, you’ll want to jump on them.
Tuesday, November 8 - Chalkboard Restaurant, Chef Gilbert Langlois
6:30pm passed appetizers, 7:00pm dinner
$55 per person - Tax, tip, and non “featured” beverages NOT included.
