Vapiano, a European chain with over 95 locations around the globe, is opening its very first Chicago outlet tomorrow in Lincoln Park. As the name suggests, the menu features a collection of Italian favorites, including pizzas, pastas, paninis, and salads, all of which are made to order. Like Chipotle and other new fast-casual joints, customers place orders in line and will also be able to score wine, beer, and cocktails. It’ll open everyday except Sunday at 11 a.m., and will close at 11 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and 1 a.m. Thursday through Saturday. Check out the full menu below.
