Last month, Saigon Sisters announced that Matt Riordan would be stepping in as the new executive chef, filling the spot vacated by Matt Eversman back in May. Now we finally get to see what Riordan has planned for the West Loop restaurant. The new fall menu actually coincides with Saigon Sisters’ one-year anniversary, and the Vietnamese joint has some specials planned.

But first, as the restaurant explains, Riodran’s menu showcases a “renewed vision for traditional Vietnamese classics.” New items include a cao lau, a new pho soup, and a grilled rainbow trout. We have a list of most of the new dishes below. As for the anniversary, Saigon Sisters will be offering free sparkling wine to guests who stop by between Thursday, October 6th and Saturday, October 8th. That’s a pretty good reason to check the new menu out.
