Just in time for Mexican Independence Day, Sonoma County chef Mateo Granados will be opening his much anticipated, brick-and-mortar restaurant Mateo’s Cocina Latina this Friday, September 16. The place is right in the heart of downtown Healdsburg, across from the H2 Hotel, and we now have the menus for you, complete with the cocktail menu from bar star Scott Beattie (check out his play on the Last Word, La Palabra Ultima, with mezcal). In addition to the modern Yucatecan food that Granados has become known for at his Tendejon de la Calle pop-ups, you can see he’ll be offering a variety of tacos, tamales, and bar snacks like salbutes, tacones, and empanadas.

Below, see all the food and drink menus, including the weekend brunch menu — served Friday to Sunday starting at 10 a.m.
