Today Guest of a Guest writes about Paul & Andre’s Hollywood pop-up like it’s the second coming of Thomas Keller. They are really, really into this New York import, where you can smoke, get naked, tap your inner Swervewolf, and stay out past 2:00 A.M. (and where there also seems to be a refreshing lack of guys in shiny button-downs wearing guitar amp plugs around their necks). The bad news? There’s only three days left for the six-month sensation as Paul & Andre’s calls it quits after Sunday night.
