Yesterday, via Hey, Mr. Critic, Sifton let everyone in on his timing for leaving the critic’s desk: He’s donezo in October. But that was to be expected. What’s more mysterious is the location for his last … review … ever. Grub Street hears that he plans to go out on a positive note, somewhere that already has a couple of stars, and a few sources say it could be Scarpetta, but that is not confirmed.
