
The late beloved children’s poet and illustrator, Shel Silverstein, left behind a slew of poems that he had not published only because they didn’t fit perfectly into previous collections. Now, his family has published a collection of them, including two cute ones about food: one about a hot dog (which provides the title to the collection, Everything On It); and one about Italian-food rhymes which ends, adorably, with “Oops—I think I split my jeani.” [NPR]
