Mission: Mozzeria, the new Neapolitan pizza joint coming to the former Il Cantuccio spot on 16th Street, is facing a few new hurdles — not the least of which is the building was declared historic over the summer, and the Historic Preservation Commission is now trying to argue that Mozzeria has to rip out the modern facade Il Cantuccio put in and redo as more consistent with the other half of the building.
