On Thursday, Daniel Stern and his team at MidAtlantic will put the spotlight on the feathered and winged wonders of the edible animal kingdom with its Birdies, Beers and Booze dinner. The four-course feast will feature chicken, quail, pheasant and duck dishes paired with beers from Dock Street and cocktails shaken and mixed with Philadelphia Distilling spirits. The cost is $35 per person, and an additional $25 for the beer and cocktail pairings.
