Forget Wheaties! Booze and bacon have got to be the real breakfast of champions. This Saturday at Surfas, Cast Iron Gourmet owner Rashida Purifoy is holding the second part of her “Bacon 101” series, with a three-hour tour that teaches you how to pair spirits, cocktails, and beer with your favorite pork product. The class costs $100, and includes Cast Iron’s “bacon gold” and pork nuts to take home with you. Reservations for “Bacon & Booze” are available online.
