This Saturday at Surfas, Cast Iron Gourmet owner Rashida Purifoy is holding the second part of her “Bacon 101” series, with a three-hour tour that teaches you how to pair spirits, cocktails, and beer with your favorite pork product. The class costs $100, and includes Cast Iron’s “bacon gold” and pork nuts to take home with you. Reservations for “Bacon & Booze” are available online.
