The Boston Business Journal just came out with their annual list of Boston’s young-ish movers and shakers, and Jeremy Sewall is the only chef on the roster. Can’t say we’re incredibly surprised. The guy is busy.
Sewall, after all, somehow manages to helm Lineage, Eastern Standard, and Island Creek Oyster Bar … plus he’s going to handle kitchen duties at the ESKD/ICOB team’s soon-to-come cocktail bar, Hawthorne. In this case, we think it’s good to peak early.
