It’s Not Meatopia, But There’s Still Going to Be A Lot of Meat

If, like us, you missed out on the carnivorous orgy that was Meatopia in New York back in July, you can catch a glimpse of one of the meat fest’s biggest spectacles on Saturday at Wyebrook Farm’s Pig Roast in Honey Brooke, PA. It’s a 45 minute hall from Center City, but well worth it. LaFrieda’s butchers are bringing their Meat Box, which they used at Meatopia to cook an 850 pound steer, to the farm to roast some of its coveted heritage breed pigs. It gets under way at 3 p.m. and all are welcome.
