Paramour’s Bistro Bar

Paramour, the swanky upgrade to the century-plus old Wayne Hotel’s dining room and bar, opens tomorrow. As Grub Street previously mentioned, the sprawling space will house several different concepts under one roof. There’s a cozy lobby lounge for drinks and small bites in the afternoon and evening, and coffee and tea during the day. The Bistro Bar will serve an all-day menu of bar bites, sharable plates and sandwiches. The dining room, which features a counter overlooking the open kitchen, will serve a more sophisticated bill of fare from Chef Maurice Kim deRamus. Peep the slideshow for a look at Paramour, and keep reading for more on its menus.
