One more sign that Harvard kids, in addition to being smarter than us, eat better than us, too: They have those Science + Cooking classes, and they have a brand-new, hard-hitting dining hall blog … and they now have an on-campus lobster truck. That’s right. No oily meats on a stick. No turgid hot dogs doused in downmarket ketchup. Crustaceans. Chowder says that Food Truck Nation (who operate the Grilled Cheese Nation food truck) will launch “Lobsta Love” tomorrow at the latest. They’ll serve lobster rolls (traditional and “Asian-inspired”), plus lobster bisque and lobster mac-n-cheese. It’s part of Harvard’s burgeoning food-truck program, which might pick up even more steam in light of that whole dining hall/syringe brouhaha earlier this week. [Chowder]
