First Look at Dos Toros UES, Bringing Burritos Uptown Today
Fast-casual Mex don’t stop: Perhaps to prove New York–burrito hater Judah Friedlander wrong, Dos Toros just keeps expanding. The California-style burrito shop opened in the West Village back in May, you’ll recall, and now they’ve taken on that relative dining wasteland, the Upper East Side. The shop opens today with more or less the same menu as the other two locations, though now you can order your burritos, platos, quesadillas, or tacos “basic” style, meaning with peppers and onions instead of meat. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner daily, with hours till 10:30 p.m. during the week and 11 p.m. on weekends. Refresh yourself on the menu below and scope out the toro-painted eighteen-seat space in our slideshow.
