Not everyone is ready to see the summer end. And according to a rep from Davio’s, the Northern Italian Steakhouse has found a way to preserve the flavors of summer while simultaneously readying for fall. During lunch and diner services, Davio’s will be offering a classic cocktail with a frozen twist.

This Bombay Sapphire Gin Martini is made with botanically infused ice cubes and frozen cucumber wheels.

Head to Rittenhouse and try one for $12, or make one at home.
(Davio’s was nice enough to share the recipe)
