What to Eat at graffEats’ Serge Gainsbourg Tribute Dinner

Earlier we noted a secret-location pop-up dinner from graffEats and Noise Pop dedicated to the most French of French singers, Serge Gainsbourg. The dinner is a continuation of the “Covers” series graffEats has been doing, in which chef Blair Warsham does culinary “covers” of signature dishes from famous chefs around the world. The location for the September 7 dinner, somewhere in SoMa, is still secret (underground food-hounds love secret locations!), but below is the menu, courtesy of chef Blair Warsham.

Tickets are $85, including corkage. Or you can go for the $110 VIP tickets, which include an open-bar cocktail hour and wine pairings from sponsors. Get tickets here. (The new date, September 7, was just added. The September 8 dinner is sold out.)
