Former Coi chefs/husband-and-wife team Evan and Sarah Rich are hosting another of their Chef’s Night Off pop-ups tonight at Radius (1123 Folsom Street). The deal is $60 for four courses, exclusive of beverages or tip. As we mentioned before, the pair have an upcoming restaurant project in the works, and this series may prove to be a preview of what that will be. See tonight’s menu below.

1st course: red beets, goat cheese, almonds, arugula
2nd course: squid, black olive vinaigrette, watermelon, crispy onions
3rd course: pork shoulder, black garlic, red cabbage
4th course: “peach cobbler”
