The shuttered club space at Sixth and Mission most recently known as The Room Ultra Lounge is changing hands once more. Grub Street learns that Manny Alferez (a.k.a. DJ M3) and Chris Smith, two of the guys behind the former Triple Crown, and partner Tadd Cortell (one of the founding partners behind CAV wine bar) are moving in on the spot at 101 Sixth Street with as yet unnamed new concept.
