The little spot near Fillmore and Geary currently known as Pescara Ristorante (1552 Fillmore), formerly known as Fillmore Mexican Grill, is changing hands once more. It’s set to become a hot dog joint (we think) called Holy Dog in the coming weeks or months. No word yet on when Pescara may shutter. [Grub Street, Earlier]
