Following the shutter of Echo Park’s Pescado Mojado earlier this month, The Eastsider L.A. announces that Señor Fish will take over the space, with eyes set on a debut within three months. This will be the seventh location for the seafood chain that found its start as a shack over 20 years ago in Downtown and this sounds like a rather ambitious plan. Owner Enrique Martinez tells the blog he wants to expand into the neighboring tortilleria with both a bar and patio, a good move considering how thirsty the locals were for Mowak Bend.
