The small Greek deli/restaurant Basil Leaf Café (584 Washington Street) looks to be on its way out, and in its place comes something of Middle Eastern bent called Ottoman. Grub Street spotted the liquor license app going in from owner Farshad Owji, a local immigration lawyer with offices nearby on Jackson Street. [Grub Street]
