iNG may be getting all the attention recently, but Homaro Cantu hasn’t forgotten about Moto. Yesterday, his temple to molecular gastronomy closed for a massive kitchen renovation. The restaurant released a rendering of the sleek new space, claiming that it will “match up with our state of the art laboratory found in our private dining room.” Considering the kinds of things Cantu dreams up, we can’t wait to see what is in store. Look for what he is calling “Moto 4.0” to open on September 1. [Grub Street]
