Fish fancier Mike Stollenwerk just sent word that for one night he’s transforming his Queen Village BYOB Little Fish into Little Pig, a porky pop-up with a Southern style flare. On Monday, August 15, while Little Fish’s crew takes vacation, Stollenwerk will step in along with Fish chef Steve Eckerd to prepare whole roasted pigs, mac and cheese, greens, housemade pickles and more for $35. To foster a more casual vibe, guests will be seated at communal tables and served complimentary cans of Pabst Blue Ribbon while serenaded with Lynyrd Skynyrd classics and other southern-fried rock gems. Little Pig will be first come, first served with no reservations.
