Latin Farmer, the food truck that’s making it its mission to provide affordable, nutritious and most importantly, delicious Puerto Rican and other Latin-inspired dishes to Philly’s neighborhoods, will finally make its debut at tonight’s Night Market in Mt. Airy, the Food Trust’s April White told Grub Street. Via Twitter the truck’s operator, Wilfredo Manzano, announced that Latin Farmer will be serving a cucumber mojito as part of its offerings. Joining it for the Food Trust’s third installment of its popular wandering street fairs that celebrate the city’s wide range of diverse foods are Nomad Pizza, Mt. Airy’s Geechee Girl Cafe, as well as Vendy award winners Gigi & Big R Caribbean and Sweetbox Cupcakes. Local watering holes Earth Bread + Brewery and McMenamins will also be serving beer. The whole thing gets underway at 6 p.m. on Germantown Ave., between Sedgwick and Mt. Airy Ave.
