TKO fans, you will finally have your chance to buy Thomas Keller’s better-than-Oreo cookies in Beverly Hills in just a few weeks. Per BH’s sommelier Alex Weil, who was doling out pork sandwiches at Wally’s yesterday, this new addition to the Kellerverse will open on the ground level of Bouchon on August 17. What to expect: A grab-and-go spot for the cookies, pastries, tarts and breads that we love from the restaurant and original Napa bakery, plus sandwiches and other savory items from chef Rory Hermann and crew.
