Does this look like a future butcher shop to you?

According to the sources we just checked with, the answer is that there is “no official opening date” for Paul Kahan’s new butcher shop, Publican Quality Meats. But that hasn’t stopped Kahan from tweeting a picture of a construction site along with this very cryptic message: “November? really…” Of course, does that “really…” indicate a sly “yes” for a November opening, or “there is really no way this will be done by then?” Like we said, no one will comment on the record. Still, looks like some progress has been made. In other conjecturing news, is it too soon to hope that the shop will sell pork rinds to go? [PaulKahan/Twitter]
