Sagra was the restaurant version of a down-and-out Hollywood agent: melancholy, leathery, often empty within. Lucky, then, that Five Horses Tavern has arrived to take its place. Fittingly, it’s the last week of summer, and so Five Horses is ready to take the reins on Highland Avenue by week’s end, just in time to fulfill all of your Labor Day drinking needs.
