That’s the buzz on Chowhound. One Hound says that the ESKD team will take over lonely Foundation Lounge and transform it into a “serious” cocktail den. This, hot on the heels of ESKD’s Barroom Brawl win at Tales of the Cocktail.
No official word from reps as of yet, but we’ll keep you posted on progress (as we thirstily, excitedly pace up and down Comm Ave). Per the Hound in question, the bar will launch “possibly by end of month, or early [S]eptember.” Island Creek, Eastern Standard, and a craft cocktailery from the same team, all on the same block?
