If you’re one of those types who purses when somebody says “bru-SHEH-ta” instead of “bru-SKEH-ta,” there’s a food truck just for you rolling into town next week. Random House’s Living Language program will sponsor a mobile coach (get it?) that lets you “say it right to get a bite” on Wednesday, August 10, and Thursday, August 11 (see Twitter for locations). So start practicing “zabaglione” and “spaetzle” to win edible handouts and gift certificates to local restaurants. And if you can correctly pronounce “Pouilly-Fuisse,” they’ll even get you drunk.
