Speaking of skeptical, Grub Street wants to believe the news that Whole Foods is coming to Williamsburg, but we’re not counting our free-range chickens until they’re hatched. After all, what happened to the Whole Foods rumored to take over 20 Jay Street, the old ABC Warehouse in Dumbo? Or the rumors about the old Verizon building in Downtown Brooklyn?
