Bistronomics, the pop-up partnership between chefs Jet Tila of Wazazu in Las Vegas and Alex Ageneau of The Royce, returns to Breadbar Century City tonight for its third installment since launching in March. Obsessing as always on market-driven bistro cooking, the chefs’ next one-night-only five-course menu is called “Summer in L.A.” and highlights the necessary peaches, heirloom tomatoes, spot prawns, and summer truffles. Among the surprises, you’ll find a flat-iron steak served with smoked eel and a dessert of vanilla-roasted figs with banyuls syrup. Check out the full menu below and find reservations for the $65 dinner at 310-277-3770 and online with BreadBar.
